As the year comes to a close, we at greensparx want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve embarked upon. This year has been transformative, marked by the successful launch of greensparx and the introduction of our simplAPP suite—designed to empower businesses with innovative technology solutions.

The Birth of greensparx

The idea behind greensparx was born out of a passion for simplifying technology for businesses. We recognised the challenges that small and medium-sized enterprises face in managing their IT needs, and we set out to create a solution that would streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. Our mission is to provide user-friendly, cost-effective technology solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of each business.

Unveiling the simplAPP Suite

This year, we were thrilled to introduce the simplAPP suite—a comprehensive collection of apps designed to cover various aspects of business management. Here’s a glimpse of what each app in the suite offers:

• simplCRM for Sales – provides a system for storing Accounts and Contacts, managing Leads and Opportunities and monitoring sales targets and performance for reporting.
• simplCRM for Service – is a case management system for recording enquiries and managing responses to your customers.
• simplHR – gives your internal teams configurable processes for onboarding new starters, planning development and training and managing request from employees.
• simplATS – an Applicant Tracking System to help share new Roles in your organisation to an external portal, manage the interview and hiring process from start to finish with automation that guides your Managers.
• simplIT – help your IT team manage Support requests, record Assets and Sites and track software licensing regardless of which vendor it’s from.
• simplPLAN – a solution that helps centralise the planning projects and events, track finance and budgets and organise people and  resources.
